Whenever you need a symbol for new life or growth, the Tree in a Box is the perfect item.

This great gift comes in a beautiful box and contains tree seeds with an expandable nutrient soil pellet in a biodegradeable peat pot. Simply add water and place on a sunny window sill. Seeds will sprout within one to five weeks depending on the season. Each tree is suitable for most of the United States with adequate watering.

The kit comes with a tiny 32 page booklet (printed on recycled paper using soy inks) that contains growing instructions, fascinating tree facts, and some interesting and historical tree mythology.

A portion of the proceeds is donated to organizations dedicated to the planting of trees and the development of wildlife habitat. All materials used are organic and recycled or recyclable. Best of all, it's fully guaranteed. If it doesn't sprout, just send it back to the company for a replacement.
