• We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, Mastercard and VISA.
• Online: Once you select an item for your shopping basket, it will be automatically tabulated with the sales tax and shipping & handling costs.
• Phone: Call us toll-free at 1-800-733-3495 to place your order.
• Security: Your order is placed over secure lines but if you feel more comfortable, you can fax your credit card number to us while placing your order on-line. Please fax to: 415-884-3036.
• Sometimes item substitutions may be necessary to ensure timely delivery. All substitutions will be made only with items of equal or greater value.

Shipping Information

• Shipping charges are based on UPS ground delivery to one address in the continental United States. We can also ship via US Postal Service priority mail and express mail.
• EcoExpress is happy to send a rush delivery via UPS or Federal Express.
• The cost will vary depending on the size of your gift and its destination.
• Generally the charges listed below will apply. Charges may be a little higher for East Coast deliveries. We will confirm the cost when you order.
• All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be charged an additional $10 for postage and handling.
• Delivery by courier is available throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. The cost will depend on the size of purchase and destination. Generally the price range is $10.00-$25.00.
• Worldwide shipping is also available.
• All packages are tracked and have confirmation numbers.
